Winexpert's original 28-day winemaking kit line
is formulated with 7.5 liters of pure varietal
grape juice & grape juice concentrate. The kits
come complete with all the additives & yeast
needed for the particular variety. Using "state of
the art" aseptic, nitrogen purged packaging
methods, all of the acids, pH, sugars & tannin
levels are perfectly balanced & the the kits
require no additional testing. Each kit yields six
gallons of wine.
