Light Ale

Light ales tend to be

Boston Ale
This hoppy beer is reminiscent of Sam Adams Boston Ale, kit includes light extract, Crystal 60L, Kent Goldings, Willamette and Saaz hops.

Christmas Ale
Santa's Favorite!
This holiday brew combines spices, honey,
fresh cranberries and orange rinds with light
extract, Hallertaue, Saaz, and White Labs Abbey
Ale liquid yeast. The potential alcohol content is
8-9%.  (honey and cranberries not included in

Dark Ale

These brews are dark
in color with a dry,
malty full bodied
flavor. They are often
bitter. These hearty
brews can be enjoyed
anytime. They make a
great top-off for the
day. Some say these
brews are a meal in
themselves.
Matt's Coffee Stout
Kit includes stout extract, roasted barley and yeast - hops are optional but you will need to supply 1/2 pound of finely ground gourmet coffee beans (chocolate is great!) of your choice. Make sure the stout is fully aged for the perfect flavor.
